Exterior car detailing is not just a quick wash of the exterior components of a car. A good car detailer will make the car pop out, minimize surface scratches, and apply a paint sealant.

Exterior Car Detailing

Washing and Cleaning – Car is washed by hand, the wheels are cleaned first as they are usually the dirtiest part of the car. The car is rinsed with high pressure water to remove the loose dirt and grime on the surface followed by a foam coating that is applied to help loosen the remaining dirt and grime siting on the paint surface. More decontamination may occur depending on what may still remain on the paint surface, such as iron fallout, tar residue, bugs, …

Claying – A clay bar is used to remove any impurities, traces of overspray and other residue that cannot be removed with normal detergents.

Paint Correction – The condition of the paint will determine how much paint correction is needed. The poorer the condition the more time and effort will be needed to correct or enhance it.

Polishing – After a car has been used for a while, it is normal that it loses its polish or shine. Therefore, in this process, the original shine is restored.

Sealing – To maintain a glossy shine and protect it, a sealant is applied. There are several types of sealants.

Regular detailing adds value to your car and also makes it look attractive despite the number of years it has been used.
